When you submit a form on this website, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the description of your project or requirements.

When you make a payment, our payment provider collects your payment details directly. We receive only the transaction identifiers, amount, status and the contact details you entered.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and samples, deliver the services you engage us for, and keep records of payments.

If you opt in, we may contact you on WhatsApp about your enquiry.

Card, UPI, netbanking and wallet credentials are handled entirely by our payment provider. Growlix Digital never sees or stores those credentials.

Payment confirmations are verified on our server using a cryptographic signature before any transaction is treated as successful.

Enquiries and payment records are stored in a secured, access-controlled database. Access is limited to the people who need it to deliver our services.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers required to operate this website and process payments, or where required by law.

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you have submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time.
