Every engagement is defined by an agreed scope covering deliverables, timelines and the payment amount. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Prices shown on this website are described as custom quotes because they depend on features, design complexity, integrations, user volume, automation, AI, third-party APIs, hosting and support requirements.

A quote is confirmed in writing before work starts.

Payments are made through our secure online payment page for the amount agreed with our team. Each payment is verified on our server before it is recorded as successful.

Work on a milestone begins after the payment for that milestone is confirmed, unless agreed otherwise.

If a payment is made in error or a project is cancelled before work begins, contact us and we will review the request and process an appropriate refund.

Amounts covering work already delivered are non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, are returned to the original payment method.

Timely feedback, content, access and approvals keep the project on schedule. Delays in these areas can shift delivery timelines.

On full payment, the deliverables produced for your project are yours. Third-party licences, frameworks and services remain governed by their own terms.

We take reasonable care in building and testing what we deliver. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected engagement.
